As our business is registered in the European Union (Poland), shipping orders to countries outside the EU (such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, etc.) means the package goes through international customs.

* These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and will not be refunded by OneCart.

* **Unclaimed Packages:** If a package is returned to our warehouse because it was unclaimed by the customer or the local customs fees were refused, any return shipping fees incurred may be deducted from the customer's refund.
